  我國電動扳手和鋼結(jié)構(gòu)用高強度螺栓應(yīng)用技術(shù)的發(fā)展。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)高強度螺栓的螺桿應(yīng)用中,比較重要的是如何確保所有高強度螺栓連接副的收緊軸向力盡可能設(shè)計軸向力(其他金屬結(jié)構(gòu)也有類似的甚更高的要求),這也是我們的目標追求的工程師和技術(shù)人員的交通、建筑等行業(yè)。軸向力過大(即,過扭)會導(dǎo)致螺栓斷裂或在一段時間(即、延遲斷裂);軸向力過低(即欠扭)會給結(jié)構(gòu)帶來隱患。

  Third Generation and Fourth Generation Electric Spanners雖然第三代電動扳手的性能準確的輸出扭矩,高強度螺栓連接副的收緊軸向力也是影響離散的螺栓連接副扭矩系數(shù),所以第三代電動扳手的目的不能實現(xiàn)準確控制收緊螺栓連接副的軸向力。在成功開發(fā)第三代電動扳手的基礎(chǔ)上,聯(lián)合開發(fā)了第四代電動扳手。這一代電動扳手不僅能精確控制輸出扭矩,還能設(shè)置、顯示和記錄高強度螺栓聯(lián)軸器的擰緊軸力。只要用戶在啟動前輸入螺桿聯(lián)軸器所需的擰緊軸力,第四代電動扳手運行后即可自動實現(xiàn)所需的擰緊軸力(電流誤差為5%)。這種電動扳手暫時稱為預(yù)緊力可控的電動扳手。
