1.在預(yù)置式扭力扳手的使用中,要根據(jù)測量工件的要求，選取適中量程的預(yù)置式扭力扳手,所測扭力值不可小于扭力器在使用中量程的百分之二十,太大的量程不宜用于小扭力部品的加固,小量程的預(yù)置式扭力扳手更不可以超量程使
1. 2.在使用預(yù)置式扭力扳手時(shí),先將扳手方榫連接好輔助配件(如各類批嘴、套筒),確保連接已經(jīng)沒問題。在加固扭力之前,設(shè)定好需要加固的力值,并鎖好緊鎖裝置,調(diào)整好方向轉(zhuǎn)換鈕到加力的方向，然后在使用時(shí)先快速連續(xù)操作4-5次，使扳手內(nèi)部組件上特殊潤滑劑能充分潤滑，使預(yù)置式扭力扳手更準(zhǔn)確，使用。

3.測量時(shí),手要把握住把手的,沿垂直于扭力扳手殼體方向，慢慢地加力，直聽到扭力扳手發(fā)出“塔”的聲音，此時(shí)扭力扳手已到達(dá)預(yù)置扭力值，工件已加力完畢，然后應(yīng)及時(shí)解除作用力，以免損壞另部件。在施力過程中,按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)儀器操作規(guī)范,其垂直度偏差左右不應(yīng)超過10度。其水平方向上下偏差不應(yīng)超過3度,操作人員在使用過程中應(yīng)保證其上下左右施力范圍均不超過15度；

4.為了不使測量結(jié)果因水平和垂直方向上的偏差而產(chǎn)生影響,在測量時(shí),應(yīng)在加力把持端上施加一個(gè)垂直向下的穩(wěn)定力值， 然后再手動(dòng)加點(diǎn)力，這樣操作可以讓讀數(shù)值更準(zhǔn)確。
4. 5.預(yù)置式扭力扳手的讀數(shù): 如果是帶表扭力儀器，直接讀取指針?biāo)甘镜臄?shù)據(jù)為測量數(shù)據(jù)值即可；如果是套筒加副刻度指示器，應(yīng)先讀取主刻度上的刻度值,再加上副刻度或微分筒上的刻度值之和為測量數(shù)據(jù)值。
5. Reading of preset torque wrench: if it is a torque instrument with a meter, the data indicated by the pointer can be directly read as the measured data value; if it is a sleeve plus sub scale indicator, the scale value on the main scale shall be read first, and then the sum of the scale values on the minor scale or differential cylinder shall be the measured data value.
6.預(yù)置式扭力扳手是測量工具，應(yīng)輕拿輕放，不能代替榔頭進(jìn)行敲打等不正當(dāng)行為，不用時(shí)請注意將扭力設(shè)為較小值，存放在干燥處。 扭力扳手應(yīng)用范圍較廣,在加固扭力時(shí),相對來講比較簡單，只需要設(shè)定其要求扭力值便可進(jìn)行操作。
