1、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)螺栓穿入方向以便利施工為準(zhǔn)，每個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)應(yīng)整齊一致。穿入高強(qiáng)度螺栓用扳手緊固后，再卸下臨時(shí)螺栓，以高強(qiáng)度螺栓替換。
1. The penetration direction of steel structure bolts shall be convenient for construction, and each node shall be neat and consistent. After the high-strength bolts are threaded in and tightened with spanners, the temporary bolts are removed and replaced with high-strength bolts.
2、高強(qiáng)度螺栓的緊固，必須分兩次進(jìn)行。
2. The tightening of high strength bolts must be carried out twice.
一次為初擰：初擰緊固到螺栓標(biāo)準(zhǔn)軸力(即設(shè)計(jì)預(yù)拉力)的60%～80%。
One time is the initial tightening: the initial tightening is 60% - 80% of the standard axial force (i.e. the design pretension) of the bolt.
二次緊固為終擰，終擰時(shí)扭剪型高強(qiáng)度螺栓應(yīng)將梅花卡頭擰掉。
The secondary tightening is the final tightening, and the quincunx clip of the high-strength torsional shear bolt shall be removed during the final tightening.
3、待吊裝完成一個(gè)施工段，鋼構(gòu)形成穩(wěn)定框架單元后，開始安裝高強(qiáng)度螺栓。
3. After a construction section is completed and the steel structure forms a stable frame unit, high strength bolts are installed.
4、扭剪型高強(qiáng)度螺栓安裝時(shí)應(yīng)注意方向：螺栓的墊圈安在螺母一側(cè)，墊圈孔有倒角的一側(cè)應(yīng)和螺母接觸。
4. Attention should be paid to the direction when installing the torsional shear high strength bolt: the washer of the bolt should be installed on one side of the nut, and the chamfered side of the washer hole should contact with the nut.
5、初擰完畢的螺栓，應(yīng)做好標(biāo)記以供確認(rèn)。為防止漏擰，當(dāng)天安裝的高強(qiáng)度螺栓，當(dāng)天應(yīng)終擰完畢。
5. The bolts after initial tightening shall be marked for confirmation. In order to prevent missed tightening, the high-strength bolts installed on the same day shall be finally tightened on the same day.
6、初擰、終擰都應(yīng)從螺栓群中間向四周對(duì)稱擴(kuò)散方式進(jìn)行緊固。
6. The initial and final tightening should be carried out symmetrically from the middle of bolt group to all sides.
7、因空間狹窄，高強(qiáng)度螺栓板手不宜操作部位，可采用加高套管或用手動(dòng)扳手安裝。
7. Due to the narrow space, the high-strength bolt wrench is not suitable to operate the parts. It can be installed by heightening the casing or using a manual wrench.
8、扭剪型高強(qiáng)度螺栓應(yīng)全部擰掉尾部梅花卡頭為終擰結(jié)束，不準(zhǔn)遺漏。
8. Torsion shear type high-strength bolts shall be completely screwed off, and the tail plum blossom clip shall be the end of final screwing, and no omission is allowed.
