1、定扭矩電動扳手接通電源前應(yīng)先查看電源電壓是否與本產(chǎn)品銘牌相符，是否有接地裝置。當(dāng)電源電壓超出+10%時應(yīng)采取穩(wěn)壓措施，否則會影響控制精度。接地不良易造成事故。
1. Before the constant torque electric wrench is connected to the power supply, check whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the product's nameplate and whether there is a grounding device. When the power supply voltage exceeds + 10%, voltage stabilizing measures should be taken, otherwise the control accuracy will be affected. Poor grounding is easy to cause accidents.
2、定扭矩電動扳手使用的環(huán)境溫度為-10℃-40℃，過高過低都會影響控制精度。

3、被擰螺栓的初始扭力不得大于工具的額定扭力的70%。螺栓達(dá)到額定扭力后不得重擰。

4、工具用于拆卸螺栓時，其扭力不得大于額定扭力值。一般情況下，不是本扳手?jǐn)Q緊的或銹蝕嚴(yán)重的螺栓，不宜用本扳手拆卸，以免造成工具損壞。

5、變換旋轉(zhuǎn)方向時，必須待電機(jī)停止轉(zhuǎn)動后進(jìn)行，嚴(yán)禁在運轉(zhuǎn)中撥動正反開關(guān)。

6、當(dāng)扳手自動停止后即可松開開關(guān)（如果不斷開開關(guān)，過5秒鐘扳手就會自行啟動）待4-5秒后再進(jìn)行開動扳手，否則扳手不能啟動。

7、螺栓直徑的大小對控制精度有一定的影響，施工中應(yīng)用相同型號的螺栓連接付來標(biāo)定扭力值，而且使用一段時間后還應(yīng)進(jìn)行檢驗校定。

8、工作前應(yīng)開機(jī)空轉(zhuǎn)3-5分鐘。操作中如發(fā)現(xiàn)電機(jī)火花大，聲音異常，扭力不穩(wěn)定時，應(yīng)立即停機(jī)檢查，切勿帶病工作。
8. Start the machine and idle for 3-5 minutes before operation. If the motor sparks, abnormal sound and unstable torque are found during operation, stop the machine immediately for inspection and do not work with diseases.
9、定期清洗和更換油脂，一般在工作5000次后，應(yīng)進(jìn)行一次清洗加油，以延長使用壽命。

10、主機(jī)上的電源開關(guān)，碳刷，控制儀上的保險絲等均屬易損件，容易引起故障，應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查，及時更換。

11、使用中如發(fā)現(xiàn)工具上的螺釘松動，應(yīng)及時緊固。

12、搬運工具時不可提拉電纜線，并注意輕拿輕放，防止震動和摔碰。不用時應(yīng)放在通風(fēng)干燥處。如發(fā)現(xiàn)受潮應(yīng)及時進(jìn)行干燥處理。不可與酸、堿等有害物質(zhì)氣體接觸或存放在一起。
12. When handling tools, do not lift or pull cables, and pay attention to handle with care to prevent vibration and falling. When not in use, it should be placed in a ventilated and dry place. In case of damp, it should be dried in time. Do not contact or store with acid, alkali and other harmful substances.
