扭矩扳手又叫力矩扳手、扭力扳手，一般分為兩類：定扭矩電動(dòng)扳手和定扭矩手動(dòng)扳手。

電動(dòng)扳手主要應(yīng)用于鋼結(jié)構(gòu)安裝行業(yè)，專門安裝鋼結(jié)構(gòu)高強(qiáng)螺栓，高強(qiáng)度螺栓是用來連接鋼結(jié)構(gòu)接點(diǎn)的，通常是用螺栓群的方式出現(xiàn)。
The electric wrench is mainly used in the steel structure installation industry, which is specially used to install the high-strength bolts of steel structure. The high-strength bolts are used to connect the joints of steel structures, usually in the form of bolt groups.
高強(qiáng)螺栓可分為扭剪型和大六角型兩種，國標(biāo)扭剪型高強(qiáng)螺栓為M16、M20、M22、M24四種，現(xiàn)在也有非國標(biāo)的M27、M30兩種；國標(biāo)大六角高強(qiáng)螺栓為M16、M20、M22、M24、M27、M30等幾種。一般的對(duì)于高強(qiáng)螺栓的緊固都要先初緊再終緊，而且每步都需要有嚴(yán)格的扭矩要求。大六角高強(qiáng)螺栓的初緊和終緊都必須使用定扭矩扳手。
High strength bolts can be divided into torsion shear type and large hexagon type. There are four kinds of national standard torsional shear high-strength bolts: M16, M20, M22, M24, and now there are also non-national M27 and M30; national standard large hexagon high-strength bolts are M16, M20, M22, M24, M27, M30, etc. Generally, the tightening of high-strength bolts should be first and then final tightening, and each step needs to have strict torque requirements. 三、定扭矩電動(dòng)扳手使用方法
3、 Usage of constant torque electric wrench
1、電源的連接
1. Connection of power supply
先將主機(jī)的三芯插頭插入控制儀相應(yīng)的插座上，然后將控制儀上的電源線接入電網(wǎng)。綠/黃雙色芯線為接地線。
First, insert the three core plug of the host into the corresponding socket of the controller, and then connect the power line of the controller to the power grid. The green / yellow core wire is the grounding wire.
工作結(jié)束后，以相反方向拆卸。
After the work is finished, dismantle in the opposite direction.
2、螺栓的扭緊操作
2. Tightening operation of bolts
1）裝上反力支架，并緊固螺釘。開動(dòng)主機(jī)，使方頭銷孔與反力支架孔相對(duì)應(yīng)，然后裝入扳手套筒，插上銷釘，并用橡膠圈固定。
1) Install the reaction support and tighten the screws. Start the main engine to make the square head pin hole correspond to the reaction support hole, then install the wrench socket, insert the pin, and fix it with rubber ring.
2）將控制儀的扭矩旋扭調(diào)到所需扭矩值，將主機(jī)正反開關(guān)撥到正轉(zhuǎn)位置，把扳手套筒套在螺紋連接件的六方上。
2) Adjust the torque of the controller to the required torque value, turn the positive and negative switch of the host to the forward rotation position, and put the wrench socket on the hexagon of the threaded connector.
3）按下電源開關(guān)，扳手啟動(dòng)。當(dāng)反力支架力臂靠牢支點(diǎn)時(shí)（支點(diǎn)可以是鄰近的一只螺栓或其他可做支點(diǎn)的位置）螺栓開始擰緊。當(dāng)螺栓扭矩達(dá)到預(yù)定扭矩時(shí)，扳手自動(dòng)停止，緊固完成，放開電源開關(guān)，進(jìn)行下一只螺栓的緊固工作。
3) Press the power switch to start the wrench. When the force arm of the reaction support is firmly against the fulcrum (the fulcrum can be a nearby bolt or other fulcrum position), the bolt begins to tighten. When the bolt torque reaches the predetermined torque, the wrench will stop automatically and the tightening is completed. Release the power switch to tighten the next bolt.
4）扳手自動(dòng)停止后，靠反力支架的彈性形變力，使支架力臂自動(dòng)脫離支點(diǎn)，取下扳手。如力臂不能脫離支點(diǎn)時(shí)，可撥動(dòng)正反開關(guān)，點(diǎn)動(dòng)電源開關(guān)，扳手即可取下。
4) After the wrench stops automatically, the arm of the bracket will automatically break away from the fulcrum by the elastic deformation force of the reaction support, and then the wrench can be removed. If the force arm can not be separated from the fulcrum, the positive and negative switch can be turned, and the power switch can be touched to remove the wrench.
3、螺栓的拆卸操作

扳手在拆卸螺栓（反轉(zhuǎn)）時(shí)，其操作方法與擰緊操作相同，只是將正反開關(guān)撥到反轉(zhuǎn)位置，螺栓卸松后防開電源開關(guān)。
When the wrench is removing the bolt (reversing), the operation method is the same as that of tightening, but the positive and negative switch is turned to the reverse position, and the power switch is not opened after the bolt is loosened.
4、扭矩的選擇與調(diào)節(jié)
4. Selection and adjustment of torque
1）用戶可在100---3500Nm的范圍內(nèi)任意選擇相應(yīng)規(guī)格的電動(dòng)扳手。
1) The user can choose the electric wrench of corresponding specifications in the range of 100-3500nm.
2）控制儀面板上有“扭矩調(diào)節(jié)”旋扭，刻有0—100刻度值，用以調(diào)節(jié)扭矩。
2) There is a "torque adjustment" knob on the panel of the controller, which is engraved with 0-100 scale value to adjust the torque.
3）調(diào)節(jié)方法：產(chǎn)品出廠帶有扭矩測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)卡片，供用戶標(biāo)定時(shí)參考，用戶可根據(jù)所需扭矩選擇某一刻度值，按照擰緊螺栓的操作方法，扭緊螺栓。用測(cè)力扳手或其他測(cè)力儀器測(cè)出螺栓的實(shí)際扭矩值，若扭矩值偏高，將旋扭向低刻度調(diào)節(jié)；若扭矩值偏低，則向高刻度值調(diào)節(jié)，反復(fù)幾次既可達(dá)到所需精確扭矩值。
3) Adjustment method: the product is provided with torque test data card for users' reference during calibration. The user can select a calibration value according to the required torque and tighten the bolt according to the operation method of tightening the bolt. The actual torque value of the bolt is measured with a force measuring wrench or other force measuring instruments. If the torque value is too high, adjust the torque to the low scale; if the torque value is low, adjust it to the high scale value. Repeat several times to achieve the required accurate torque value.
