Impact electric wrench or constant torque wrench can be used, and the tightening requires the use of shear wrench. Therefore, it is specifically used for tightening shear type high-strength bolts. For industrial electric shear wrenches, on the one hand, it is necessary to choose reliable factory procurement, and on the other hand, attention should be paid to the maintenance and repair of electric wrenches. 1） 當(dāng)灰塵或沙子等外部物體粘附在套筒上時(shí)，應(yīng)經(jīng)常拆卸和清潔套筒。

1) When external objects such as dust or sand adhere to the sleeve, the sleeve should be disassembled and cleaned regularly.

2） 清潔灰塵時(shí)，請(qǐng)勿使用苯、松節(jié)油和汽油等有機(jī)溶劑，這可能會(huì)造成損壞或顏色變化。

2) When cleaning dust, do not use organic solvents such as benzene, turpentine, and gasoline, as this may cause damage or color changes.

3） 不要損壞電機(jī)或讓油和有機(jī)溶劑粘附在電機(jī)芯上。

3) Do not damage the motor or allow oil and organic solvents to adhere to the motor core.

4） 使用后，將扳手放在一個(gè)鐵盒中，并放在干燥的地方。

5） 如果彈射桿耗盡，且彈射裝置失去功能，因此無(wú)法再?gòu)椛滗N尾，則應(yīng)使用新的彈射桿替換耗盡的彈射棒。

5) If the ejection rod is depleted and the ejection device loses function, making it impossible to eject the pin tail, a new ejection rod should be used to replace the depleted one.

需要注意的是，如果彈射尾桿的銷尾未經(jīng)操作就脫出，則須更換內(nèi)套筒。如果內(nèi)套筒磨損過(guò)多，釘尾會(huì)自動(dòng)出來(lái)，這表明可能發(fā)生危險(xiǎn)。

It should be noted that if the pin tail of the ejection tail rod comes out without operation, the inner sleeve must be replaced. If the inner sleeve is worn too much, the nail tail will automatically come out, indicating a potential danger.

6） 碳刷須定期檢查。當(dāng)碳棒長(zhǎng)度小于6mm時(shí)，更換原碳刷。注意：碳刷用于兩個(gè)位置。碳刷長(zhǎng)度應(yīng)大于6mm。如果長(zhǎng)度小于6mm，則更換碳刷。

6) Carbon brushes need to be inspected regularly. When the length of the carbon rod is less than 6mm, replace the original carbon brush. Note: Carbon brushes are used in two positions. The length of the carbon brush should be greater than 6mm. If the length is less than 6mm, replace the carbon brush.

7）維護(hù)和檢查期間，關(guān)閉開(kāi)關(guān)并使用扳手?jǐn)嚅_(kāi)電源。扳手使用后或暫時(shí)無(wú)反射時(shí)，也應(yīng)斷開(kāi)電源。

7) During maintenance and inspection, turn off the switch and use a wrench to disconnect the power. After using the wrench or when there is no reflection temporarily, the power should also be disconnected.

8） 每六個(gè)月或20000次（以先到者為準(zhǔn)）進(jìn)行一次檢修。立即與制造商或經(jīng)銷商進(jìn)行檢修。

8) Perform maintenance every six months or 20000 times (whichever comes first). Immediately conduct maintenance with the manufacturer or distributor.

扭剪型高強(qiáng)度螺栓安裝規(guī)定：安裝時(shí)，高強(qiáng)度螺栓應(yīng)自由穿入孔內(nèi)，不得用力敲擊。當(dāng)螺栓不能自由穿入時(shí)，不允許使用氣割擴(kuò)大孔。相反，需要使用鉸刀鉆孔。在修補(bǔ)孔時(shí)，板層應(yīng)靠近，以防止鐵屑進(jìn)入板縫。鉸孔后，應(yīng)使用磨床去除孔邊緣的毛刺和鐵屑。初擰應(yīng)擰緊螺栓標(biāo)準(zhǔn)軸向力（即設(shè)計(jì)預(yù)緊力）的60%～80%，初擰扭矩值不得小于擰緊扭矩值的30%。從關(guān)節(jié)剛度高的地方到無(wú)約束的自由端。

Installation regulations for torsion shear high-strength bolts: During installation, high-strength bolts should be freely inserted into the hole and not struck forcefully. When the bolt cannot be freely inserted, gas cutting is not allowed to enlarge the hole. On the contrary, it is necessary to use a reamer to drill holes. When repairing holes, the board layer should be close to prevent iron filings from entering the board joints. After reaming, a grinder should be used to remove burrs and iron shavings from the edge of the hole. The initial tightening should be tightened to 60% to 80% of the standard axial force (i.e. design pre tightening force) of the bolt, and the initial tightening torque value should not be less than 30% of the tightening torque value.
