2、 按照相關(guān)驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求，高強(qiáng)度大六角頭螺栓連接副終擰完成1h后、48h內(nèi)應(yīng)進(jìn)行終擰扭矩檢查，檢查數(shù)量：按節(jié)點(diǎn)數(shù)抽查10%，且不應(yīng)少于10個(gè)；每個(gè)被抽查節(jié)點(diǎn)按螺栓數(shù)抽查10%，且不應(yīng)少于2個(gè)。所以施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)在螺栓連接副終擰完成1h后、48h內(nèi)提前做好檢測(cè)的準(zhǔn)備工作。

2. 4、 施工單位在報(bào)檢時(shí)應(yīng)提前通知檢測(cè)人員所報(bào)檢的高強(qiáng)度螺栓所施加的扭矩為何種施加方法，原則上檢測(cè)法應(yīng)與施工法相同，所以報(bào)檢前應(yīng)說明是扭矩法還是轉(zhuǎn)角法施工。

4. When applying for inspection, the construction unit should inform the testing personnel in advance of the method of applying torque to the high-strength bolts being inspected. 5、 檢測(cè)過程中，施工技術(shù)員和熟悉該種施工方法的工人應(yīng)在檢測(cè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，配合檢測(cè)單位檢測(cè)。施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)需提供受檢構(gòu)件及螺栓的設(shè)計(jì)圖紙及具體參數(shù)，包括構(gòu)件名稱、螺栓的規(guī)格、型號(hào)、扭矩施加方式、節(jié)點(diǎn)位置、螺栓編號(hào)、終擰扭矩計(jì)算值。

5. During the testing process, construction technicians and workers familiar with this construction method should be present at the testing site and cooperate with the testing unit for testing. The construction site needs to provide design drawings and specific parameters of the inspected components and bolts, including component names, bolt specifications, models, torque application methods, node positions, bolt numbers, and final torque calculation values.
