1、要根據(jù)測(cè)量工件的要求，選取適中量程，所測(cè)扭力值不可小于扭力器在使用中量程的百分之二十，太大的量程不宜用于小扭力部品的加固，小量程的更不可以超量程使用。

2、使用時(shí)，先將扳手方榫連接好輔助配件(如各類(lèi)批嘴、套筒)，確保連接已經(jīng)沒(méi)問(wèn)題。在加固扭力之前，設(shè)定好需要加固的力值，并鎖好緊鎖裝置，調(diào)整好方向轉(zhuǎn)換鈕到加力的方向，然后在使用時(shí)先快速連續(xù)操作4-5次，使扳手內(nèi)部組件上特殊潤(rùn)滑劑能充分潤(rùn)滑，使更準(zhǔn)確，使用。

3、測(cè)量時(shí)，手要把握住把手的，沿垂直于扭力扳手殼體方向，慢慢地加力，直聽(tīng)到扭力扳手發(fā)出“塔”的聲音，此時(shí)扭力扳手已到達(dá)預(yù)置扭力值，工件已加力完畢，然后應(yīng)及時(shí)解除作用力，以免損壞另部件。在施力過(guò)程中，按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)儀器操作規(guī)范，其垂直度偏差左右不應(yīng)超過(guò)10度。其水平方向上下偏差不應(yīng)超過(guò)3度，操作人員在使用過(guò)程中應(yīng)保證其上下左右施力范圍均不超過(guò)15度；
3. During measurement, hold the handle and slowly apply force in the direction perpendicular to the shell of the torque wrench until the "tower" sound of the torque wrench is heard. 4、為了不使測(cè)量結(jié)果因水平和垂直方向上的偏差而產(chǎn)生影響，在測(cè)量時(shí)，應(yīng)在加力把持端上施加一個(gè)垂直向下的穩(wěn)定力值，然后再手動(dòng)加點(diǎn)力，這樣操作可以讓讀數(shù)值更準(zhǔn)確。
4. 5、讀數(shù)：如果是帶表扭力儀器，直接讀取指針?biāo)甘镜臄?shù)據(jù)為測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)值即可；如果是套筒加副刻度指示器，應(yīng)先讀取主刻度上的刻度值，再加上副刻度或微分筒上的刻度值之和為測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)值。
5.
