扭矩扳手檢定儀運(yùn)用辦法:
Application method of torque wrench calibrator:
1、在運(yùn)用扭矩扳手檢定儀之前，先檢查儀器電量能否充足，若電量缺乏,請(qǐng)先充電（充電時(shí)也可運(yùn)用）。
1. Before using the torque wrench calibrator, check whether the power of the instrument is sufficient. If the power is insufficient, please charge it first (it can also be used during charging).
2、將被檢物的四方測(cè)頭放入該測(cè)試儀的承力四方孔內(nèi)，同時(shí)運(yùn)用的被檢物另一端的手柄在高度調(diào)理塊上方（若長度不夠時(shí)，可自在調(diào)理整套加載安裝）。
2. Put the square probe of the tested object into the bearing square hole of the tester, and at the same time, the handle at the other end of the tested object is above the height conditioning block (if the length is not enough, the whole set of conditioning can be loaded and installed freely).
3、翻開電源開關(guān)，顯現(xiàn)的扭矩值為零，假如不為零，則按清零鍵，將扭矩值清零。

1)上限值設(shè)定：用戶設(shè)定上限值，依據(jù)需求自在設(shè)定，到達(dá)上限值即自動(dòng)聲光提示，上限值不高于滿量程。

2)下限值設(shè)定：用戶設(shè)定下限值，依據(jù)需求自在設(shè)定，到達(dá)下限值即自動(dòng)燈光提示，下限值不得高于設(shè)定的上限值。
2) Lower limit value setting: the user sets the lower limit value and sets it freely according to needs. When the lower limit value is reached, the automatic light prompt is given, and the lower limit value shall not be higher than the set upper limit value.
3)很小存儲(chǔ)值設(shè)定：用戶依據(jù)存儲(chǔ)需求設(shè)定很小存儲(chǔ)值，小于該值的數(shù)據(jù)將不被貯存。
3) Very small storage value setting: the user sets a very small storage value according to the storage demand, and the data less than this value will not be stored.
4)很小峰值堅(jiān)持值設(shè)定：用戶依據(jù)峰值，自動(dòng)峰值丈量需求自在設(shè)定，小于該值的數(shù)據(jù)不被峰值保管。
4) Small peak value setting: the user can set the automatic peak measurement demand according to the peak value, and the data less than this value will not be kept by the peak value.
5)自動(dòng)峰值時(shí)間設(shè)定：用戶依據(jù)自動(dòng)峰值丈量狀態(tài)下峰值需求堅(jiān)持的時(shí)間從1秒～99秒自在設(shè)定。
5) Automatic peak time setting: the user can freely set the time from 1 second to 99 seconds according to the peak demand under the automatic peak measurement state.
6)自動(dòng)關(guān)機(jī)時(shí)間設(shè)定：無操作狀態(tài)下，自動(dòng)關(guān)機(jī)時(shí)間從0分鐘～9分鐘可自在設(shè)定（當(dāng)設(shè)置為0分鐘則表示為解除自動(dòng)關(guān)機(jī)）。
6) Automatic shutdown time setting: when there is no operation, the automatic shutdown time can be freely set from 0 minutes to 9 minutes (when it is set to 0 minutes, it means that the automatic shutdown is cancelled).
7)重力加速度設(shè)定：用戶可依據(jù)本地域的位置設(shè)定重力加速度值。

8)恢復(fù)初始設(shè)置：用戶操作不當(dāng)或?qū)掖胃臄?shù)據(jù)呈現(xiàn)紊亂,能夠經(jīng)過此項(xiàng)設(shè)置來把1～7的數(shù)據(jù)恢復(fù)到出廠狀態(tài)。
8) Restore the initial setting: if the user operates improperly or changes the data repeatedly, the data of 1 ~ 7 can be restored to the factory state through this setting.
