3.鋼結(jié)構(gòu)安裝過程中使用多是高強度螺栓，實踐中經(jīng)常會出現(xiàn)如下問題：螺栓露牙不足或者比螺母還低一些；螺栓沒有擰緊，且扭剪過程中將梅花頭擰斷了，大六角形狀沒有設(shè)置初擰和終擰標(biāo)記；在實際安裝過程中，摩擦面上原有的一層防護紙沒有完全撕掉；將高強度的螺栓用作臨時固定之用，待其安裝之后兩天兩夜內(nèi)沒有進行漆封操作；沒有對扭矩和軸力進行復(fù)試，而且也沒有對緊固力矩嚴(yán)格按照相關(guān)規(guī)定進行計算；鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的摩擦系數(shù)沒有進行嚴(yán)格的試驗和測算；安裝過程中所用到的拉桿螺栓沒有擰緊，或者拉桿本身就不直，導(dǎo)致螺母和母材之間的接觸面太小，因此難以實施穿孔作業(yè)。
3.
