先將定扭矩扳手主機(jī)的三芯插頭插入控制儀相應(yīng)的插座上，然后將控制儀上的電源線接入電網(wǎng)。綠/黃雙色芯線為接地線。工作結(jié)束后，以相反方向拆卸。

二、螺栓的扭緊操作

1、裝上反力支架，并緊固螺釘。開動(dòng)主機(jī)，使方頭銷孔與反力支架孔相對(duì)應(yīng)，然后裝入扳手套筒，插上銷釘，并用橡膠圈固定。
1. Install the reaction bracket and fasten the screw. Start the main engine, so that the square head pin hole corresponds to the counterforce support hole, and then install the pulling glove barrel, insert the pin, and fix it with the rubber ring.
2、將控制儀的扭矩旋扭調(diào)到所需扭矩值，將主機(jī)正反開關(guān)撥到正轉(zhuǎn)位置，把扳手套筒套在螺紋連接件的六方上。
2. Adjust the torque of the controller to the required torque value, set the positive and negative switch of the main engine to the positive rotation position, and put the wrench glove barrel on the hexagon of the threaded connector.
3、按下電源開關(guān)，扳手啟動(dòng)。當(dāng)反力支架力臂靠牢支點(diǎn)時(shí)（支點(diǎn)可以是鄰近的一只螺栓或其他可做支點(diǎn)的位置）螺栓開始擰緊。當(dāng)螺栓扭矩達(dá)到預(yù)定扭矩時(shí)，扳手自動(dòng)停止，緊固完成，放開電源開關(guān)，進(jìn)行下一只螺栓的緊固工作。
3. Press the power switch and start the wrench. When the reaction bracket arm is firmly supported (the fulcrum can be a nearby bolt or other fulcrum position), the bolt begins to tighten. When the bolt torque reaches the predetermined torque, the wrench automatically stops and tightens, releases the power switch, and tightens the next bolt.
4、定扭矩扳手自動(dòng)停止后，靠反力支架的彈性形變力，使支架力臂自動(dòng)脫離支點(diǎn)，取下扳手。如力臂不能脫離支點(diǎn)時(shí)，可撥動(dòng)正反開關(guān)，點(diǎn)動(dòng)電源開關(guān)，扳手即可取下。
4. After the fixed-torque wrench stops automatically, the elastic deformation force of the reaction bracket makes the bracket arm automatically detach from the fulcrum and take down the wrench. If the force arm can not be separated from the fulcrum, the positive and negative switch can be switched, the power switch can be activated, and the wrench can be removed.
三、螺栓的拆卸操作

扳手在拆卸螺栓（反轉(zhuǎn)）時(shí)，其操作方法與擰緊操作相同，只是將正反開關(guān)撥到反轉(zhuǎn)位置，螺栓卸松后防開電源開關(guān)。
When the wrench disassembles the bolt (inversion), its operation method is the same as the tightening operation, only the positive and negative switch is moved to the inversion position, and the power switch is prevented after the bolt is released.
