There are three steps to explain:

1、在扭力扳手上設(shè)定所需扭距值(由彈簧套在頂桿上向扭距釋放關(guān)節(jié)施壓),鎖定扭距扳手開始擰緊螺栓,當(dāng)螺栓達到扭距值后(當(dāng)使用扭力大于彈簧的壓力后)會產(chǎn)生瞬間脫節(jié)的效應(yīng).在產(chǎn)生脫節(jié)效應(yīng)的瞬間發(fā)出關(guān)節(jié)敲擊扳手金屬外殼所發(fā)出的"卡塔"聲.由此來確認(rèn)達到扭距值的提醒作用.(其實就象我們手臂關(guān)節(jié)成15度彎曲放在鐵管里瞬間申直后會碰到鋼管的原理一樣).

1. 2、扭力扳手所發(fā)出的"卡塔"是由本身內(nèi)部的扭距釋放結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生的,其結(jié)構(gòu)分為壓力彈簧,扭距釋放關(guān)節(jié),扭距頂桿三結(jié)構(gòu)所組成.

1、扭力扳手使用時，當(dāng)聽到“啪”的一聲時，此時是合適的

2、在扭力扳手的使用中,要根據(jù)測量部品的要求選取適中量程,所測扭力值不可小於扭力器在使用中量程的百分之二十,太大的量程不宜用於小扭力部品的加固,小量程的扭力器更不可以超量程使用

3、在使用扭力扳手時,先將受力棘爪連接好輔助配件(如套筒,各類批嘴),確保連接已經(jīng)沒問題.在加固扭力之前,設(shè)定好需要加固的力值,并鎖好緊鎖裝置,然后調(diào)整好方向轉(zhuǎn)換鈕到加力的方向

3. When using the torque wrench, connect the force pawl to the auxiliary parts (such as sleeve and all kinds of mouths) to ensure that the connection is fine. Before setting up the torque, set the force value that needs to be reinforced, lock the locking device and adjust the direction switch button to the direction of the additional force.

4、測量時,手要把握住把手的有效范圍,沿垂直於管身方向慢慢地加力直聽到到達已設(shè)定的量值后發(fā)出的聲音.在施力過程中,按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)儀器操作規(guī)范,其垂直度偏差左右不應(yīng)超過10度.其水平方向上下偏差不應(yīng)超過3度,我廠在使用過程中操作人員應(yīng)保證其上下左右施力范圍均不超過15度

4. During measurement, hold the effective range of the handle with your hand, and apply force slowly along the direction perpendicular to the pipe body until you hear the sound after reaching the set value. In the process of force application, according to the national standard instrument operation specification, the deviation of perpendicularity shall not exceed 10 degrees. The deviation of water square up and down shall not exceed 3 degrees, During the use of our plant, the operators shall ensure that the upper, lower, left and right force application range does not exceed 15 degrees

5、為了不使測量結(jié)果因水平和垂直方向上的偏差而產(chǎn)生影響,在測量時,應(yīng)在加力把持端上施加一個垂直向下的穩(wěn)定力值

還有 一個要注意的，大規(guī)格扭力扳手使用時，可外加接長套桿以便操作省力，如長期不用，調(diào)節(jié)標(biāo)尺刻線退扭矩小數(shù)值處

有許多人問到扭力扳手究竟哪種質(zhì)材會好些，在這里也想說明一下，進口的液壓扭力扳手多為高強度鈦鋼，重型液壓扳手也有用高強度鋼材的，肯定不會是國產(chǎn)的鋼材或鈦鋼，國產(chǎn)的鋼材高強度只有國外的一半?？戳诉@些相信大家都會有所選擇了。
