一、 電源的連接
1、 Connection of power supply
先將主機(jī)的三芯插頭插入控制儀相應(yīng)的插座上?然后將控制儀上的電源線接入電網(wǎng)。綠/黃雙色芯線為接地線。
First insert the three core plug of the host into the corresponding socket of the controller, and then connect the power line of the controller to the power grid. The green / yellow core wire is the grounding wire.
工作結(jié)束后?以相反方向拆卸。
At the end of the work? Remove in the opposite direction.
二、螺栓的扭緊操作
2、 Tightening operation of bolts
1、 裝上反力支架?并緊固螺釘。開動(dòng)主機(jī)?使方頭銷孔與反力支架孔相對(duì)應(yīng)?然后裝入扳手套筒?插上銷釘?并用橡膠圈固定。
1. Install reaction support? And tighten screws. Start the main engine? Make the square pin hole correspond to the hole of reaction support? Then install the wrench socket? Insert the pin? And fix it with rubber ring.
2、 將控制儀的扭矩旋扭調(diào)到所需扭矩值?將主機(jī)正反開關(guān)撥到正轉(zhuǎn)位置?把扳手套筒套在螺紋連接件的六方上。
2. Adjust the torque of the controller to the required value? Turn the forward and reverse switch of the main engine to the forward position? Put the wrench socket on the hexagon of the threaded connector.
3、 按下電源開關(guān)?扳手啟動(dòng)。當(dāng)反力支架力臂靠牢支點(diǎn)時(shí)(支點(diǎn)可以是鄰近的一只螺栓或其他可做支點(diǎn)的位置)螺栓開始擰緊。當(dāng)螺栓扭矩達(dá)到預(yù)定扭矩時(shí)?扳手自動(dòng)停止?緊固完成?放開電源開關(guān)?進(jìn)行下一只螺栓的緊固工作。
3. Press the power switch? Wrench to start. When the arm of the reaction support is close to the fulcrum (the fulcrum can be an adjacent bolt or other position that can be used as fulcrum), the bolt starts to tighten. 4、 扳手自動(dòng)停止后?靠反力支架的彈性形變力?使支架力臂自動(dòng)脫離支點(diǎn)?取下扳手。如力臂不能脫離支點(diǎn)時(shí)?可撥動(dòng)正反開關(guān)?點(diǎn)動(dòng)電源開關(guān)?扳手即可取下。

4. After the wrench stops automatically, the force arm of the support is automatically separated from the fulcrum by the elastic deformation force of the reaction support, and the wrench is removed. If the force arm can not be separated from the fulcrum, it can be removed by turning the positive and negative switch, inching the power switch and wrench.
三、 螺栓的拆卸操作

扳手在拆卸螺栓(反轉(zhuǎn))時(shí)?其操作方法與擰緊操作相同?只是將正反開關(guān)撥到反轉(zhuǎn)位置?螺栓卸松后防開電源開關(guān)。
When the wrench is removing the bolt (reversing), its operation method is the same as tightening operation, but the positive and negative switch is turned to the reverse position, and the power switch is prevented from opening after the bolt is removed.
四、 扭矩的選擇與調(diào)節(jié)

1、 用戶可在100---12500Nm的范圍內(nèi)任意選擇相應(yīng)規(guī)格的電動(dòng)扳手。

2、 控制儀面板上電控部分采用智能芯片控制，液晶顯示值?可以輸入精確的數(shù)字用以調(diào)節(jié)扭矩，設(shè)定值精確到個(gè)位數(shù)。
