　　Tightening operation of bolts in fixed torque electric wrench1、裝上反力支架，并緊固螺釘。開動(dòng)主機(jī)，使方頭銷孔與反力支架孔相對應(yīng)，然后裝入扳手套筒，插上銷釘，并用橡膠圈固定。

　　1. Install the reaction bracket and fasten the screw. Start the main engine, so that the square head pin hole corresponds to the counterforce support hole, and then install the pulling glove barrel, insert the pin, and fix it with the rubber ring.

　　2、將控制儀的扭矩旋鈕調(diào)到所需扭矩值，將主機(jī)正反開關(guān)撥到正轉(zhuǎn)位置，把扳手套筒套在螺紋連接件的六方上。

　　3. Press the power switch and start the wrench. When the reaction bracket arm is firmly attached to the bracket (the fulcrum may be a nearby bolt or other position where it can be used as a fulcrum), the bolt begins to tighten. When the bolt torque reaches the predetermined torque, the wrench automatically stops, tightens, loosens the power switch, and tightens the next bolt.

　　4、扳手自動(dòng)停止后，靠反力支架的彈性形變力，使支架力臂自動(dòng)脫離支點(diǎn)，取下扳手。如力臂不能脫離支點(diǎn)時(shí)，可撥動(dòng)正反開關(guān)，點(diǎn)動(dòng)電源開關(guān)扳手即可取下。

　　4. When the wrench stops automatically, the elastic deformation force of the reaction bracket can make the bracket arm automatically detach from the fulcrum and take down the wrench. If the force arm can not be separated from the fulcrum, the positive and negative switch can be switched, and the power switch wrench can be removed by clicking.

　　2、工作前應(yīng)開機(jī)空轉(zhuǎn)3-5分鐘。操作中如發(fā)現(xiàn)電機(jī)火花大，聲音異常，扭矩不穩(wěn)定時(shí)，應(yīng)立即停機(jī)檢查，切勿帶病工作。
