3、用定扭矩電動扳手?jǐn)Q緊螺栓時(shí)，應(yīng)盡可能不使用轉(zhuǎn)接器，非用不可時(shí)，必須遵守下列要求：轉(zhuǎn)接器有各種不同形狀時(shí)，可合理選用;為減少擰緊力矩誤差，轉(zhuǎn)接器長度應(yīng)小于定扭矩電動扳手長度;連接轉(zhuǎn)接器時(shí)，其線應(yīng)和扳手線成一條直線，若需要也可使用軸線偏移的轉(zhuǎn)接器，但不超過15°角。

3. When the fixed torque electric wrench is used to tighten the bolts, the adapter shall not be used as much as possible, and the following requirements shall be observed when it is not used: when the adapter has different shapes, it can be selected reasonably; in order to reduce the error of tightening torque, the length of the adapter shall be less than the length of the fixed torque electric wrench; When connecting the adapter, the center line should be in a straight line with the center line of the wrench. If necessary, the adapter with axis offset can be used, but the maximum angle should not exceed 15 degrees.

4、不允許將定扭矩電動扳手當(dāng)做普通扳手使用，如用來擰松螺母或螺栓等;右扭矩定扭矩電動扳手不能左旋，而左扭矩定扭矩電動扳手也不能右旋;

4. It is not allowed to use the constant torque electric wrench as an ordinary wrench, such as for loosening nuts or bolts; the right torque constant torque electric wrench cannot be left-handed, and the left torque constant torque electric wrench cannot be right-handed;

5、不能用鍍鉻的定扭矩電動扳手和轉(zhuǎn)接扳手接觸鈦及合金制的螺栓或產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu);

6、要提醒大家，也是很多朋友都會忽略的：定扭矩電動扳手施加的扭矩不允許超過定扭矩電動扳手的額定扭矩值。
