1、裝上反力支架，并緊固螺釘。開動主機(jī)，使方頭銷孔與反力支架孔相對應(yīng)，然后裝入扳手套筒，插上銷釘，并用橡膠圈固定。

1. Install the reaction support and tighten the screws. Start the main engine, make the square head pin hole correspond to the reaction support hole, then install the wrench socket, insert the pin, and fix it with the rubber ring.

2、將控制儀的扭矩旋鈕調(diào)到所需扭矩值，將主機(jī)正反開關(guān)撥到正轉(zhuǎn)位置，把扳手套筒套在螺紋連接件的六方上。

2. Adjust the torque knob of the controller to the required torque value, turn the positive and negative switch of the main engine to the positive rotation position, and put the wrench socket on the hexagon of the threaded connection piece.

3、按下電源開關(guān)，扳手啟動。當(dāng)反力支架力臂靠牢支架時（支點可以是鄰近的一只螺栓或其他可作支點的位置）螺栓開始擰緊。當(dāng)螺栓扭矩達(dá)到預(yù)定扭矩時，扳手自動停止，緊固完成，松開電源開關(guān)，進(jìn)行下一只螺栓的擰緊工作。

3. Press the power switch to start the wrench. When the reaction support arm is against the support (the fulcrum can be an adjacent bolt or other position that can be used as a fulcrum), the bolt starts to be tightened. When the bolt torque reaches the preset torque, the wrench will stop automatically, the tightening is completed, the power switch will be loosened, and the next bolt will be tightened.

4、扳手自動停止后，靠反力支架的彈性形變力，使支架力臂自動脫離支點，取下扳手。如力臂不能脫離支點時，可撥動正反開關(guān)，點動電源開關(guān)扳手即可取下。

4. After the wrench stops automatically, the elastic deformation force of the counter force bracket makes the bracket force arm automatically separate from the fulcrum, and the wrench is removed. 3、調(diào)節(jié)方法：產(chǎn)品出廠時帶有扭矩測試數(shù)據(jù)卡片，供用戶標(biāo)定時參考，用戶可根據(jù)所需扭矩選擇某一刻度值，按擰緊螺栓的操作方法，擰緊螺栓，用測力扳手或其它測力儀器測出螺栓的實際扭矩值，若扭矩相差較小，可用細(xì)調(diào)加以補(bǔ)償，若相差較大，可將粗調(diào)向上或向下調(diào)一檔，反復(fù)幾次即可獲得所需扭矩值
