Cautions for Use of Torsion Spanners

　　1、拉扳手時(shí)用力要柔和均勻。不要用短促、沖動(dòng)的力來扳動(dòng)，因?yàn)槊屠瓡?huì)產(chǎn)生一個(gè)沖量，在停止用力的瞬間，螺釘或螺栓可能已經(jīng)扭過了頭。

　　1. Pull the wrench gently and evenly. Never use short, impulsive force to pull, because a sudden pull will produce an impulse, in the moment of stopping the force, the screw or bolt may have twisted too much.

　　2、污染物會(huì)妨礙得到精確的扭矩值。如果零件和螺孔有污染物，將不可能有正確的扭矩值。

　　4、在擰緊螺紋上有損傷或障礙的螺母或螺栓時(shí)，要注意通過損傷部位需要附加的扭矩有多大，將此附加扭矩加到的扭矩值上。

　　4. When tightening nuts or bolts with damages or obstacles on threads, attention should be paid to how much additional torque is required to pass through the damaged parts, and this additional torque should be added to the recommended torque value.
